This carefully formulated tincture includes five organic herbs with demonstrated effects on the nervous system, each supported by clinical evidence:

1. Organic Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia)

Lavender has been shown in multiple clinical trials to reduce anxiety levels. Oral administration and inhalation have both been effective. A 2010 randomized controlled trial found that lavender oil capsules significantly reduced generalized anxiety symptoms compared to placebo.

2. Organic Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis)

3. Organic Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata)
